Together with my wife Kristine and her father we are planning to create an “eco village” close to Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. The place will be suitable for a wide range of activities such as
– eco tourism
– conferences
– summer and winter camps for children
– projects with social values
– residential courses
– personal development courses
– activities with horses
– educational projects
– international courses and projects with internal and external partners
– …
by establishing this project we want to invest in a better future for Armenia
We have a unique place with multiple hectars at our disposal in front of the magical mountain of Ararat where we can estabish this future “eco village” that has the potential to become a multifunctional place serving the future of Armenia
The place has the potential to be fully self-sufficient as there are natural water sources, a lot of sun for generating electricity from solar panels, access to gas, apricot and plum tree gardens, ground for growing own food, …
But to create this unique project we need in the first place sponsors and investors that want to invest in this unique project and the future of Armenia

Voor een toekomstig project in Armenie hebben we jullie hulp nodig
Samen met mijn vrouw Kristine en haar vader plannen we om een “eco dorp” te bouwen in de buurt van Yerevan, de hoofdstad van Armenie. De plaats zal geschikt zijn voor een breed scala van activiteiten zoals
– eco toerisme
– conferenties
– zomer- en winterkampen voor jongeren
– projecten met sociale waarden
– residentiele cursussen
– cursussen rond persoonlijke ontwikkeling
– activiteiten met paarden
– educationele projecten
– internatonale cursussen en projecten met interne en externe partners

Door het ontwikkelen van dit project willen we investeren in een betere toekomst voor Armenie.
We hebben een unieke locatie met meerdere hectares grond ter onzer beschikking waar we dit toekomstig “eco dorp” dat kan bijdragen aan een betere toekomst voor Armenie kunnen oprichten. De grond waar we dit multifunctioneel project willen oprichten is gelegen in een prachtige setting recht tegenover de mythische berg Ararat.
De plaats heeft het potentieel om volledig zelfvoorzienend te zijn. Er zijn natuurlijke waterbronnen, overvloed aan zon om elektriciteit te genereren uit zonnepanelen, toegang tot gas, boomgaarden met abrikozen en pruimen, grond om eigen voeding te produceren, …
Om dit uniek project te realiseren zijn we in de eerste plaats op zoek naar sponsors en investeerders die bereid zijn te investeren in dit unieke project en de toekomst van Armenie.
Meer gedetailleerde info en updates volgen later nog in de toekomst en we werken momenteel ook aan een gedetailleerd business plan.
